About Us

Hi, we're Under The Bridge. We put on DIY shows in Manchester (plus a few other places) and release records by the artists we love.

What started in 2011 as a small operation offering up occasional, free, acoustic shows in the corner of a bar in Manchester is now a staple of the city's music scene. In the five years we have existed we've worked with some of our all time favourite artists and discovered brand new ones. 

You can see a list of our gigs here but, over the years, we've put on shows for Larry & His Flask, Franz Nicolay, The Sidekicks, Ben Marwood, Jonah Matranga, Hop Along, Crazy Arm, Two Cow Garage, Jim Lockey & The Solemn Sun and The Survival Tour.

The idea behind Under The Bridge was to support independent music and bring the artists that we loved to Manchester. Never did we think it would take off like it has and if you told us that we'd get to release records too, we'd have laughed in your faces. Yep, all of them. 

However, we wouldn't be where we are now without the help of some wonderful friends, fantastic artists, brilliant venues and every single person who has ever crossed our ever changing threshold to spend their time and money on us.
